How can we help with SoWhatify?

The page is fetched on the server, and some pages cannot be read that way: paywalls, anything behind a sign-in, bot protection, and pages whose text only appears once JavaScript has run. Paste the text itself instead, or upload the page as a file — both are more reliable than a link.

A scan is a picture of a document, not a document. There is no text in the file to extract, so there is nothing to read. Run it through OCR first, or paste the text.

Relevance is measured against your profile. With an empty profile there is nothing to measure against, so anything that might matter is reported as though it does. Filling in what you do and your industry on your profile is the single change that makes the most difference to what you get back.

The extension and this site share one session. Open the extension once while signed in here, or sign in again, and check Connections on your account page — it says whether this browser has an active session.

Every client speaks the same streamable HTTP MCP endpoint, and most of them sign in with one link rather than a token. If a saved configuration stopped working, the tool names changed and the old ones are gone: reconnect from the connect page rather than editing the old entry.

Each Dropbox has its own caps on runs per day and per month, set under Advanced when it was created. They exist to bound what the attached provider key can be made to spend. Raise them on the Dropbox itself.

A submission is kept for as long as that Dropbox says it should be, and after that its link stops working and the record is removed. Your own library keeps its copy either way.
